Hi guys I'm not much of a cleaning car guy, infant after 5 mins I get bored and walk off so this is what I'm after, Basically a want a full wash, door shuts, bonnet and boot struts cleaned with all purpose cleaner, alloys clayed and hand polished, sealed. Then paint clayed, polished to remove swirls and light scratches then followed up by sealant (important you don't use wax on a white car as it is likely to come up yellowish) price? Thanks you

Ive started a diet 3 days ago! So this will help me alot.! One thing I will say. For a treat you CAN have dark chocolate (a piece or two) dark chocolate doesn't have many calories and contains antioxidants and prevents cancers!! It's actually amazing!

Hello people got a teg 2 weeks ago so thought I'd chuck some info up and start a build thread It's done 75k and has been services by Honda twice every year from birth very happy with it and it's really clean with no rust or anything Only modification it has is a genuine spoon n1 backbox. Anyway here's some pictures.. Only thing I've done to the car since ownership is remove the air box resenator. I assure you there will be more mods Also if anyone has any idea of a spoon or some sort of front lip available for the ukdm spec please Holla!! Comments welcome....

Hi guys as Afew of you know I recently got a dc2 as a present so my beloved ek4 is up for sale Mileage - 105k FULL HONDA service history, 3 previous owners from new, defiantly 1 of the cleanest Ek's around with near enough 0% rust! The car has 2 keys and the red Honda key, long tax and mot, car is very solid with NO knocks or noise, doesn't use any oil at all and Vtec is sweet as! Modifications- CAR WILL COME WITH VTI WHEELS Debaged front grill, ek9'd headlights, yellow fogs, 12x6 number plates, spoiler tilted, de wipered, BC coilovers, gold skunk2 LCA's, USDM indicator conversion Condition 8/9-10 condition wise the car is defo one of the best Ek's I've seen, no major body issues, has a small scrape on front drivers side, I've tried to show in picture but it's not that visible (nothing major really) Anyway heres some piks Hope piks are ok for you guys.
