  2. I replaced the hubs, shafts and gearbox when i converted it to manual, we checked all the ball joints ect for play and they're all good. If you free wheel in neutral it veers slightly to the right but if you accelerate it pulls like a bitch... it's kinda dangerous how bad it pulls!!
  3. Cheers guys, will deffo do that, i watched the guy do the tracking too!! thing is it's lethal as soon as to touch the accelerator pedal it'll drag you across 3 lanes in a second lol. feels like all the power's going through 1 wheel lol.
  4. Hi I converted my v from auto to manual and since then the car's pulling like a bitch to the right, i had the tracking done by a mate that works at renault but it's still the same. When coasting in neutaral it veers slightly to the right but touch the throttle and you'll change lanes in a second! I've checked the hubs ect and can't see anything wrong/loose/bent ect. Any Ideas peeps??? Cheers in advance. Chris.

  9. Ha ha, didn't think it would take you long! i converted it last weekend as i still had the box and shafts from the last car... that brake padal is a pita too lol need to change it! But deffo gonna keep it standard as it's had an easy life and i can't afford to keep fixing stuff lmao What did those switches do?
  10. Lol. i know but it's never had anything done so seems a shame to fiddle with it now...even the wiring to the ecu's never been touched so it's never been over 110mph lol
  11. Hey guys,not been on here for a while apart from in the sales section, been raising funds and working all the hours god sends. But alas i've gone and bought another glanza v, found a nice standard example and figure i'm gonna keep it that way. 140kms,air con works,engine runs sweet, gearbox is a lsd and doesn't crunch, everything seems to work. Only aftermarket things are the monza r alloys, a set of 6x9's in the rear shelf and a k&n panel filter in the standard air box. Had a few teething problems (usual stuff,blowing mani gaskets,no heater) but i spent the weekend sorting these and now
  12. Depends on how cheap he's selling dude, if the rest of it is ok i'd grind the crank and chuck a new set of shells in it, parts aren't fetching great money at the mo either dude.

  14. Hey peeps, I'm doing an auto- manual conversion but have never done anything with auto gearboxes. I need to remove the torque converter from the side of the engine to put a flywheel on but can't see how it comes off...any ideas? Also what do i need to do with the electrical connectors that's in the front of the auto box once they're unplugged? Ta in advance. Chris.
