  1. Hi Guys,

I need some parts for a conversion, if anyone has any of the following give me a shout please, doesn't matter if there from a EP82 or EP91 but must be from the 4EFTE.

    1. Cat support bracket (the one that bolts to the cat and the block)

    2. Wiring plugs, if anyone has a damaged engine wiring loom I need the following plugs: Distributor, Ignitor, Coil, Idle control valve, TPS sensor

    3. Stock fuel pressure regulator

    Thanks

  2. Its a non ABS model, I made sure the surface was clean as possible when I installed them, I cleaned all the old grease off the rear's and re-greased the new bearings etc. The fronts seem fine, I think the problem is with the rears as fronts seem to be ok and there is no steering vibration etc.

Ive opened up the brakes several times to see if I can locate anything, Ive cleaned up the guide pins, lubed the boots, lubed the carrier, not sure what else it could be if not a warped disc. I was sent blueprint discs so wasn't so certain that they would be warped!

However the first time I noticed this was when I had my tyres changed they used a air gun to replace the wheel nuts not sure if that has warped the disc, or if Ive not seated the bearings properly.

    Its surely confusing.

  3. Hi guys,

Ive got a problem with my brakes, Ive replaced everything with new discs and pads all round, done the rear bearings to, but upon refitting I keep getting a pulsing feel in the pedal, not sure what it is, I have checked over everything to the point of removing everything and refitting it all again, but nothing has changed, could this be a rear caliper problem?

My car is a EP82 1995 completely stock, car was stood around for about a year or longer before I brought it, I done everything it needed for MOT, but can't resolve this problem, not sure if I was sold warped discs. I brought everything from camskill.

Any help and advise is appreciated, as Im hoping to get back at them this weekend.....TIA

  4. Personally I would garage it without stripping anything off yet, just make sure u don't mention it to anyone where it is, wait for the outcome from the police, if they want it back, just spend a few days stripping it, and tell them u will give it back in the same condition u brought it in, I would personally strip everything off it, sell everything and just give them back a bare shell with the correct chassis number there looking for!

Its a bit pants when something like this happens, but u have to get your hard earnt money and time out of it.

  5. Thanks for the welcome guys, Im from near bluewaters. I brought the EP82 through ebay, it was for sale a while back with no tax or mot. I got it home and on axle stands and it needs bascially service items, brakes, cv gaitors, and its got a annoying blow on the manifold which has been changed for a stainless one, I was given the stock one with it, so Im contemplating getting all new Toyota gaskets and replacing that back on to see if it cures it.

Apart from that I was hoping after a bit of saving up to tune it a little, nothing major just have a modest figure in mind.
