People have just said about less lag and more horsepower use a vf turbo But a vf is the next size up turbo so yes I would gain more power at less boost but it would be very lagging compared to my setup I'm running a td05 hybrid and it spools like a td04 but harder so I don't think the vf series is for me And I'm just looking into different options I don't think il get cams or more head work done cause I'm not looking at spending thousands But I am looking into a water/meth injection system

I have as what Lukeep has just put up on eBay but just don't think there worth £40 personally Thanks mate I have checked them out but none of the above actually fit its the small dome ones which I need but as I said £13 each is a bit much in my eyes

I no that evos come standard with a water injections system it just sprays water straight into the intercooler But thanks for all the advice lads I'm now looking into this water injection system Looks like it could be a winner

That sounds fantastic are you running one your self? If so where have you injected yours in the system

How excatly does water injection actually work and what do you need cause I've spoken to gy before who run it but didn't understand what it was or how it worked etc And I don't think il actually run anti-lag it was just an option as once I'm in boost my cars fully spooled through every gear But have been looking at a corolla 6speed possibly I've been looking into lots of options as you can tell just not made or making any decisions fast

Aww right ok well in that case the inlets sounds like it might be the option for me And lag... I might also be looking into anti-lag but I'd see what power and torque it made with possibly a new inlet and go from there

I'd like to run the turbo setup I have but hit the same sort of power but on less boost So it's better round tracks

Mike at TD has already said my set up is good and he said I'd just leave it as it is I'm not making a decisions soon anyways just looking into costs and what other people have done or would advice

Head work I've had the exhaust and inlet ported and polished to the exhaust gasket size And when you say speak to socks what am I asking him lol

Yeah thanks mate Yeah I've been looking into custom built Inlets but to me that just don't look anything special lol I no there made for a reason

Hi guys I'm running a forged 4e with various mods etc And a hybrid td05 which has not long ago been mapped at TD @1.37 bar hit 295.2bhp Which im happy enough with but considering other options I'm thinking about possibly raising my rev limit but unsure of what I would need to make my car still safe and reliable I've been looking at 265degree cams And adjustable pullies Just wondered if anyone has done this already and could advise me As with higher lift cams means I could still hit same sort of power but with less boost which is a bonus Thanks chand
