Year: 2000
Model: Escort Van 55 1.8d
Tax: No
MOT: No
Mileage: 118k
Description: Brought this van to have as a runabout but plans have changed and this is surplus to requirements has no tax or MOT I have a new bumper to go with this as the one that is on it has cracked and also have all the parts to service the van. It has a dent in the bottom of the rear drivers side just past the wheel never bothered me as it was only going to be a runabout. It could do with a cambelt change before it goes back on the road and it needs an engine mount as well. It also has one 13" steel fitted whereas the rest are all 14" alloys so will need one sourcing for the MOT. I'm not sure if it needs anything else for the MOT as I haven't got that far but the previous owner told me that it wouldn't need too much other than I know about
Apart from that its runs well always starts would be ideal for someone wanting to save money to spend on their ep
Price: £250.00 ono

Awesome car mate
-
That looks awesome mate
-
I gonna get one made up, theres no off the shelf exhausts for my 85 and i dont like front side exits.
Yeah I don't like front exits prefer the side exit at the rear wheels.
Anything can be made up by a fabricator mate. You could easily adapt an after market normal system to exit where your wanting it
Will ring a few companies I know of see what price they can do
-
Has anyone had a side exit made up that sits just in front of the rear wheels? I plan on installing a fuel tank in the wheel well at some point so wouldn't have to worry to much about it being near that just wondering whether it has been done seen a lot of people who have them exit out of the front bumper but not near the rear wheels.
Cheers
Brad

Just read through your build epic mate such an awesome ep
-
Oh really if I do go for those I will try and get some grooved discs
-
Cheers mate the shifter is awesome lots better took some getting used to though haha
-
Have started work on this now have sourced some cobra bucket seats for it and have fitted a TC short shifter and added a quaife style gearknob my mates call it the lightbulb haha
As the car is going to be doing some trackday's I want to get all of the chassis and braking sorted first before I go on the hunt for more power.
Parts list to buy so far include
Full polybush kit
Whiteline handling kit
OEM rear brake discs with yellowstuff pads
Front brakes not to sure yet may possibly go for a WMS brake kit not too sure yet.
I already have coilovers so don't have to worry about that.
The shifter and "lightbulb"
