Not a lot been happening! Just buying a few bits and pieces from members on here! Boost Guage Poly Engine mount Manifold Decat Non air con belt Got bored so fitted some purple hoses! Even though some will be removed when a fmic is fitted! Hopefully get the air con out once I'm back from my holiday! Need to order the gaskets for the manifold etc from ID Workz aswell! In the meantime I'm on the lookout for an FMIC or an rx7 tmic and a PnP Ecu! Also does anyone know the size of the hose that goes from the top of the rad to the header tank ?

Anyone give me an idea how to wire this up? I'm useless and haven't fitted a guage before! There's no vacuum line so I'm guessing it gets the reading from the wee map sensor it came with! Also sure it doesn't light up.

Hello! Been looking at Starlets for ages and always wanted an 82 since before i could drive but never thought i would actually ever have one! Im new to Starlets and Jap cars in General as ive been stuck on the french side for a few years having owned a few Saxo's and most recently a Clio 197! basically was just browsing ebay having a look at cars with no real intention of buying anything when i spotted a very clean silver EP82 for sale!, had a quick check to see if i could insure it and i could so i thought i would message the owner to get a bit more information...... before i know it ive booked my train to go take a look at it (it was near manchester and i stay in Edinburgh) took it for a test drive and fell in love! that was less than 4 weeks ago now! loved every minute so far!! a few pics from when i got it home (came on some terrible alloys and a japspeed exhaust) not the best quality of photos unfortunately! took it to Crail Raceway 2 days later and ran a respectable 15.8, i ran a 15.9 in my 197 with breathing mods. ordered the ID Workz ignition kit and fitted that on my day off along with a random cone filter i found in my wardrobe haha Tucked up in my brothers garage! next up was a simple rear de-wiper job! i then ordered a set of 35mm Apex springs, and also noticed a seller on here selling a set of 14" Advan Rgs so snapped them up! and a few pics of them fitted.... needs to come down another 10/15mm but that can wait, ive done a few other wee things lke removed unneeded brackets and the spare wheel! going to change the oil and filters this weekend just for piece of mind so i know its all fresh! plans for the next few months are: -Fmic or Rx7 Tmic -Decat -Manifold -Adjustable Actuator -Remove aircon -Half Rad -a half decent brake setup hopefully that will get my 1/4 mile time to under 15.5

I'll be at banzai in the silver 82! Ran a 15.8 a few weeks back when it was completely standard! Hopefully run a wee bit quicker at banzai

Looking for the following: - set of lowering springs/coilovers - decent alloys (Enkei,Rota etc) in white preferably - Boost Guage - Any BOV Let me know what you have!

Basically from cold when going into 2nd quickly it grinds hugely but will go in just not a pretty sound! If changing gear slowly it slots in nicely without any noise. Once cars warmed up it goes in a lot better but still grinds slightly if changing from 1st quickly! All other gears are fine/smooth, it only grinds when the cars moving. This sound like a problem with 2nd gear synchro Or hopefully something simpler ? Worth giving the gearbox oil a change and seeing if that helps ?
