    I know this went a little dead last time but as the weather is getting nicer I've been thinking maybe it would be nice to get a monthly meet going - I'm thinking it would be good for the first one Saturday 5th April @ 3pm,



    Suggestions for a meeting place greatly received: I'm always one for being able to have a good chat round a table with food (Not that I'm food orientated in the slightest :) )

    Probably a new handle hun, if I remember correctly the spring sits against a bit of plastic that usually is broken.



    I think the part no from toyota for ep82 is 69210-10050 (I'm pretty sure it was drivers side I changed)



    Hope that helps you a little, from what I remember they weren't a stupid amount of money bearing in the mind my first one lasted the first 20 years of its life lol

    erratic idle

    On starting my ep82 from mild warm, she has a seriously erractic idle for a few seconds and then starts to hunt a little and will drop to at a point where she stalls.

    Any suggestions on reasons why would be helpful as its only when shes not quite cold. She recently had a coolant temperture sensor, not sure if it was related but it was something I tried.

    Wondered if anyone else had come across a similar issue.

    For some you this may be a trek just for one day but is for an awesome cause

    Sunday 18 November 2012, Snetterton Race Circuit, Norfolk

    Bigger and better for 2012, the Charity Race Experience Day is an exhilarating passenger car ride extravaganza!

    From just £10 passengers can enjoy three thrilling laps of racetrack experience around Snetterton race circuit, choosing from an impressive line up of classic cars, performance cars, racing cars and supercars.

    A fun-filled day for all the family there will be something for everyone including children’s activities, refreshments, car club exhibits, trade stands, Dealership ‘ride and drives’ and the opportunity to view some amazing cars close up.

    The Charity Race Experience Day raises vital funds for The Ronald McDonald House Charity, providing free accommodation in or close to hospitals and hospices throughout the UK, so families of seriously ill children can stay together whilst their child is being treated. For further details about the charity please visit

    Entry is £5 per vehicle. Gates open 9am – 4pm, Sunday 18 November. Passenger rides are available to adults and children over 12 or 4ft 10 ins tall. No dogs allowed.

    If anyone is interested in a starlet stand (because I have posted this on here as well as tgtt) please let me know and I will organise, I'm hoping to be helping out on the day but my car will be parked with the stand etc

    Bout time this got sorted..........................If you can list when dates and suggestions for venues to meet up for a chat and a wander round the cars will see if we can peice together something thats good for everyone :)

    Anytimes pretty good for me so post away :)
