  1. The above post makes little sense to me... I have done the mod on an N/A which is slightly different to the pictures above. I think it has made a slight difference. Deffo worth doing. Every little helps when you have no boost.
  2. Small Update but its progress. The car has had a good service. I bought iridium plugs and I changed the oil twice. Also bought a magnetic sump plug to catch any nasties. The car was jerking when cruising but fine when you boot it so I thought a good service might solve it but it's still doing it, and its getting slowly worse. I'm gonna get a new dizzy cap and rotor arm and see how she runs after that, fingers crossed. 3. Cheers Idrees, is the rotor arm the push on type? I looked on your website in the Na section but all I could find was the arm with two bolts to hold it on. I think they are the Fte ones.
  4. As title says....Where is the best place to get oem quality parts?
  5. Hi All, Is there a certain way you take the rotor arm off? I have an n/a so the rotor arm isn't bolted on like the FTE. It seems stuck on pretty tight and I don't want to pull or pry it off in case I snap something. Is there a trick to this? Should it be so tight? Cheers, James
  6. I will give this a go at the weekend and see how it runs...
  7. Someone must have something to say about this. Surely cooler air to the engine makes engine more perky?
  8. This looks like a brilliant mod. Would this be worth doing for uk based cars? I don't think it gets to freezing temps too often here. Some people may beg to differ. Anybody got any opinions on this?

  17. Finally got down to cleaning the engine bay. I've also taken my stainless straight through off the old car and it's sat waiting to go on the new one. Took the calipers, vented disks and brand new pads off the old car too. Planning on spraying the calipers so that when I put the brand new wheels on there's something nice to look at behind them too. Here's a few pics of the work I've done today.
