Mite be a stupid question but my car is up on all 4 axel stands at the moment and i have just refit my rear axle onto my new D2s and went to fit my white line panhard rod (adjustable) and does not want to fit it is agood 3-4" too small why is this. Even held up to the old unit it is too small have i been sent the wrong part ;)

I would be happy with any sugestions just it still needs brakes before i put it back on its wheels and by then it may be too late to send it back

ps. is the D2 suspension hard to set up on my EP82 to be honest im not 100% sure how to do it.

Cheers mate. Just at the moment my car has one of them little air filter type things as a breather on the rocker cover and it makes the rocker cover get covered in oil. i was thinking of just running a length of samco to sum part of the engine bay higher than the rocker cover and refitting the filter thingy which should be ok because there is not exess amounts of oil seeping through the gause on the filter.

yea that was rougthly were i was gonna put my dump valve i thought it would be better up there common sence really but just wanted to be sure

sorry to be a pain does anybody know the answer to my question..

i have been offered a oil catch tank off a sierra cosworth which has 2x inlets. Does my ep82 gtt have any more breathers bar apart from the rocker cover. and where is it on the engine.Would it be ok piping it back into my turbo return pipe. Do they have to be mounted anywere specific.

Secondly i am making an intercooler in the front is it better for the dump valve to be as close to the inlet manifold as possible or not.

by looking at it i think it would be possible for me to make a one myself im a wagon mechanic so shouldnt be that hard should it.

do you think my back pressure will be down if i was to remove it i would only have the back box in the system.

on ebay at the moment there is a 4E-FTE de cat pipe will it fit my EP82 Starlet turbo H-reg.thankyou..

starlet boy how did you get on with taking off your air con. what belt did you put back on etc.cheers.

Is it the suzuki swift radiator that can be made to fit the starlets will this make the car run hotter or are they around the same size because i noticed the standard unit is very thin. I mite as well do everything while it is off the road. Please could you keep me informed on how you get on removing tour air-con Starlet boy thankyou again...

i am modifying and cleaning up my EP82 at the moment and have kept looking at my air-con. would it be a big job to take it all off. Will i get a belt to fit ok when it is removed AND will it add bhp or not much difference. thankyou mark

i have stainless straight through from the cat to the back box.If i was to take my cat out, would it be ok with just a back box or will there not be enougth back pressure. its a gtturbo ep82

i have bought a remappable hks ecu and i live in carlisle cumbria on the borders between england and scotland. Does anybody know of any places around this area either in scotland/england that have a rolling road and would be able to set my car up

i have just bought a HKS f-con piggyback ecu + fcd + gcc for my ep82 starlet and i dont have a clue what will i need to do to my car, will i need to get it set up on a rolling road ie.fensport.

will i need to fuk on wid fuel pumps injestors etc.

i have a bleed valve on my car at the moment should i do away with it

just a guess what would my car be putting out when this is fitted if i can just do it myself that is i already have exhaust and filter. hope you can help me thanx guys and gals lts lurcho

i am wanting to buy uprated suspension and would really prefer coilovers but not very much cash does anyone know wer i can get cheapish ones. Or are springs the way forward i have speedline rims on my car and will be keeping them on hw is 40mm lowerd still ok. i wud be very gratefull for any help with my question cheers people...

i was on ebay lst night and i found a piggyback ecu (wtz one of those babies) so you dont think you can get a chip then thats a bit shit.i would like to get as much out without a bigger turbo will a bigger fuel punp be better and turn up boost to about 12-13 psi. cheers for replying nt too gud wid the old petrol engine modifying so just trying to get the crack. ltz mark..

hey people half way through fitting my front mounted intercooler looks EVIL. wen finished i would like to chip my car but dont know were to start what does a standard EP82 run at on low and high boost and when i get it chipped what can i go up 2 without causing big problems due to using the car every day. cheers people

i like the sound of that intercooler by wicked ep sounds reasnable is that price including pipes and stuff how do i get more info on it.

yea the back roads are great around my house i dont do all the sitting in car parks on a night i would prefer to slip my car into high boost and fly around the back roads. in town you just get these 1.2 novas tryin to race ya then defening ya wid there cherry bomb.. yea i know m-sport i used to prepere the cars for sprayin on my works experiance. Malcom Wilson just lives about 7 mile down the road. Yea glasgow is about 90 miles away so about an hour and a half with no traffic, is that were you live glasgow. ltz marra
