im unsure really mate no paperwork come with the car when i bought it to the ebc is there any way i could find out what model it is! Maybe by looking at the back of the ebc or something?

so now it only goes up to .7 bar on the spring in the wastegate it could only be my ebc ! could my solenoid be broken?

i think the wastegate must be knackerd only thing i can think it is

no i have an external wastegate set up mate

the hoses are all still connected checked over and over them ! i havent managaed to get the turbo apart to fully weld the internal wastegate but i have welded the old actuator arm so that is shut ! confused on what to do or check :/

Welded up the old actuator bracket today and is now boosting quicker then it was but as i had to disconnect the battery to weld , the ebc has reset its self and now doesn't stop boosting it has unlimited boost normally set to 1.2 bar but now just goes straight past that .before it would light up red and keep at 1.2 bar now it wont under the "boost" settings it is set to 1.2 but its obviously not working any help would be appreciated

just found out there meant to be 240mm ive ordered some off ebay they are 229 would 11mm make a big difference or not?

talking about diameter by the way lol

are ep82 rear disks 229mm or 240mm? havent got a jack to jack my car up and take wheel off too measure

i think a td04 gets to full boost at 3600 mate i put up a thread a while back as i have boost problems so not that much later really ! only 1000 revs give or take more!!

the way its plumbed it pressurises the catch tank the pcv valve is on the rocker cover not the inlet? I thought the inlet is totally seperate and just gets totally blocked off?

is the catch tank meant to pressurise with boost?

Got printouts what say engine power 270.1 corrected power 268.1 wheel power 191.9 once ive got some decent brakes im going to put it on rolling road too make sure it is producing what it says Not sure whether it is a highbrid or not all the letters what are on the turbo are very faint and can only just about see td04 !

2 rx7s and a viper hes got enough horsepower make a plane !! liking the camo drift rx7
