looms, ecu,rad,pipes,fmic,boostpipes vales and so on cant remember of head but cheaper to get rolling shell with(brakes and axles)?

if looking at a 5efhe engine how can you tell from top without removing things and no engine cam sticker any pics pls ?? as dont want the 5efe engine..needs to be a (efhe) cheers somone..
