    im asking a question im sure has been asked before. im looking to forge my 4efte i may have a set of new forged rods and pistons what else is truely needed what sort of cost will i be looking at and are there suggestion to do and not to do before i start going mad i want to know the score really im looking to run a vf22 hybrid at around 1.6 to 1.8 bar max please can i have some suggestions thanks dave

    I worked for years earning very little but was in education aswell whilst all mates had jobs that paid ok but now I'm 25 bought my own house got a baby ,5 ok cars and there stuck at home with there parents just be patient great things come to those who work for it ( open another account an put £10 a week in it builds up quick )

    been having problems once i fitted the rotas due to the caps not fitting so may need spacers bit of a bugger and the fronts wouldnt even turn due to the willwod 4 pots. also my genuine varis rear bumper is turning up monday from browner so looking forward to that.
