Year: 1998 Model: Toyota Starlet SR Tax: 31st Jan 2014 MOT: 14th June 2014 Mileage: 76,000 Description: For sale is my 1998 toyota starlet sr, this car has been my pride and joy for the past 12+ months and has had a small fortune spent on it to bring it upto present! The car has been and is excellent and has never missed a beat showing just how reliable these japanese built cars are! I have service history upto 65,000 and the mileage is now 76,000. I have kept the car serviced with nothing other than genuine toyota parts i.e. oil filter, air filter, spark plugs and oil! The car runs perfect with no knocks or pings and pulls well having the strong 1.3 16v engine! The engine is totally untouched and standard however i have taken my time over the year to change certain aspects of the exterior making it look more appealing to many (each to their own) the modifications are as follows: glanza rear bumper professionally painted, glanza tailgate with number plate surround, glanza spoiler with high level led brake light, import size plates front and rear, glanza rear light clusters with twin japanese style sidelight wiring, laguna front splitter, genuine toyota wind deflectors (rare) and finally a genuine japanese 'jasma' backbox! Being the 'sr' model this car is rare and sought after it has the original wide 195 speedline safari alloys including spare with locking nuts and is lowered as standard on toyota team europe 40mm springs the combination of the two provides great handling and drivability. The car has extras such as electric windows, central locking, rear speakers, power steering and a rev counter which many starlets do not have! Ive also fitted glanza cup holders. In the past year the car has had brand new front brake discs, front pads, brand new rear shoes and all new matching uniroyal rainsport tyres still with legal tread! The car is taxed until 31st january 2014 and flew through the mot in june so is tested until 14th june 2014 and im certain it will continue to do so for years to come! I guess your right bud i see where your coming from however i think it would reach a better sale price standard than it would in its current state? or am i incorrect?

I'm not sure on everyone's feelings about this but i know some will be happy ive decided to take this path, depending on the outcome of this weekend if positive i will be putting this sr back totally standard with brand new decals and an immaculate tte tailgate that i was going to sell but now to keep and then she will be for sale in the next few months so if anyone is on the lookout for a reliable unabused sr then watch this space.

Guys, this truely is a clean un abused example of an sr! This is how they should all be! Popped and had a look around earlier today and i couldn't fault it! genuinely low mileage definately not many around like this, would recommend to anybody wanting to purchase a reliable clean sr!
