Bit far mate!

Hi mate, I fitted some tein s tech 57mm springs but they haven't given me the drop I want and they handle like crap with the standard shocks so basically I want to free up some money to get some coilovers, I'm saving for a wedding... nuff said lol

Item for sale: Custom blitz nur spec 2.5" system

Item Condition & Description:

Decided to sell my exhaust which is currently fitted to my Glanza, it's a custom stainless 2.5" system straight through with no boxes (built by Dean @RWDevelopments) and a Blitz Nur Spec backbox. Dean also cut open, re-packed and re-welded the box due to the previous owner removing the old packing. The system sounds really nice it's very deep and burbly and with the new baffles it's not too loud, I'm running standard ct9 with a decat and it pops and bangs etc.

System is like new it's only been on the car a month or so and the backbox is in great condition just has slight scrapes on the underside which aren't visible when fitted. Decided on a change of wheel colour but wanted something different and I've always loved gloss grey so went for it I'm pleased with the result

Haha well dean @ RW sells the panels I got mine from him and cut it myself, if you get one off him giz a shout and I'll cut the holes for ya

Drilled 2 52mm holes and also used the hand linisher at work to make a hole for my turbo timer

I need a better quality boost gauge anyway so when I can afford it I'll get an oil pressure one at the same time in pleased with the result

I removed my stereo today and fitted a small panel of carbon fiber to mount my gauges into, I'll mark it up and drill the holes at work tomorrow

Very nice mate

Shortly after fitting the nur spec it started sputtering and sounding a bit crap it gradually got worse so I removed it and I could hear what was left of the baffles sliding up and down inside the box so today I took a trip to mij in walsall and picked up what I needed to re pack the backbox (3 packs of fibreglass 2 metres of wire wool and some stainless tie wraps). I ground the box open at the rear weld of the box

I then wrapped the wire wool tightly around the perforated centre tube and used the 3 stainless ties to hold it in place, then I packed the box with fibreglass quite tightly and took it to dean @ rwdevelopments to weld back up. He also got it on the polisher and it came up nicely cheers for that dean

Then fitted it back onto car

It sounds like a different exhaust it burbles when pulling off and pops more now, I'll have it angled later on, any comments welcome cheers
