PC with my password BUT says system error??? SOLVED :)

my mommy PC at work she is trying to log on as you do when start up with her password but it is saying "" THE USER PROFILE SERVICE FAILED THE LOGIN"" hmmmmmm any ideas on what to do or is this a restore of the computer??
