Help td04 not boosting

I need some help, went out in my glanza the other day and it suddenly stopped boosting, checked all boost pipes and they're all clean, but on my e manage blue there is a red light for intersector, any ideas?

Not sure as the wastegate is still making a tiny flutter? My actuator is welded shut also so that may have snapped off inside?

what turbo you running and have you checked the shaft on the turbo?

shaft is all good and im running td04 mate

I bought it with the wepr manifold and screamer pipe like this, also a bracket from the intercooler had came off and started digging into it :/ oh well new intercooler for me!
