hey guys i am new the the club and new to owning a glanza.

i have had one for about a month. and within that month i am picking up on lots of problems which were not there when i looked at it and test drove it.

i have now noticed its leaking oil. can't locate the area its coming from but the droplets are are falling from the bottom the sump so its running from somewhere local, also when i start the car its leaving black oil patches on the floor which gives me the thoughts of it being an internal problem, its only running at 0.6 bar so not over boosted or being thrashed, can't say from the previous owners,

also i am getting a metal on metal kind of grinding noise when i turn right at most speeds, changed pads to a fresh set of brembos. so not pads, its only when i turn right not a nice noise at all.

sorry for lack of information but having to write this quickly so if you need some more info ill be happy to fill you in with more details when i next check this and have more time.

ill also give a full spec list and pics.

hope you can help with the details i have provided.

thanks

Hi matey there is a 45 degree rubber pipe on the sump that's the oil return feed pipe known to split check that and the bolt on the bottom of the sump drain.. I'd keep a check on the oil level. As for the grind..it could be top mount on the suspension..you got coilovers?
