V band wastegate

Hi all I was jus wondering where everyone recommends getting there waste gates and what's the difference between springs and sizes. Looking to go 1 bar boost on stock internals td04 set up but will be hoping to go forge 1.4 bar at some point

I would go with a 0.8bar spring
