Tdo4 not boosting at all

Hi guys noticed my glanza with tdo4 not boosting at all have checked pipesfront mount intercooler is ok not sure how to test turbo as it has no play

well whatever happens it sounds like aboost leak,even a boost contoller pipe of 5mm can contribute to a leak enough to stop boost building.

Yeah as Mikey said, doesn't sound like the turbo itself sounds more like a boost leak. Check the actuator, check the vac line that comes off the compressor housing etc. also check if the penny washer in the exhaust housing isn't stuck open. A while ago mine would not boost and it was the penny washer that was stuck open.

See if anything's blocking the intake, mine had no boost when the intake was on too tight restricting the air.

A mates td04 had the same issue thought it was a boost leak but turned out to be the turbo that was completely gone so check your turbo and actuator next
