Harnesses mot fail ?

right ive got to get a new set of harnesses as cut my stock belts out as cage wasnt allowing them to retract want a matching set anyway i currently have this harness

reading up that harness will fail an mot due to it not being BS or E-marked and being a rotary buckle type where as this will pass as its a push-button type and BS or E-marked

anyone ever had any problems with mot time with there harnesses ?

All it says on my mot as an advisory is that it has type approved seatbelts fitted. Oh and he also put modified interior 😂
