4E-FE weird knock after a while

So I hear this weird knocking sound near the alternator area (back of the engine) but it's not always there, it happens when I let it idle for a while, donlt know if it matters but my fuel needle is past empty (the car is stopped so I don't put fuel on it) I'll put up a video

Injectors are sometimes very noisy, my first guess are these, normal sound.

Nop it's not the injector's ticks, it's a clunk, hope it's not my rods....

Can come also from valves, have few engines where valve spring locking "nails" (or what is right english word) have loosen away and some valve fail after hitting pistons. Or bearings, maybe have to open engine before bigger problems :/

Will have to rebuild it... Maybe a valve is hitting the piston???

Get a metal bar like a ratchet extension put it your ear and put it different places where ya think the rattles coming from should give ya a better idea where it's coming from

Could the bearings be gone??

Could be worth a check man before ya rebuild the engine, check the alternator and the likes first hopefully it's something like that 👍🏻
