Valve stem oil seal tutorial

Does anyone have a link to a valve stem oil seal tutorial? I had one printed out that i found a few years ago but can't find it now, I'm gonna take the head off and do it

you can do it by dropping a rope tru sparky hole

Cheers for that but there was a propper tutorial to it, I will take the head off, I'd rather do it all properly, lap in the valves, plus I know my head gasket is quite old now, seems silly not to change if it I'm going to do the seals, I'll keep looking for the tutorial I'll post it up here if I find it again

I've done them with the rope trick with the head on and also with the head off. Rope is a bit tricky, sometimes takes a few goes to actually hold the valve shut and it's a pain having to do it for each cylinder. Also, the rope I was using tended to get nipped by the valves making it a pain to remove.

I have some pics of when I did mine with the head off, I'll try and put a little guide on here but it's not that difficult.
