Adjusting quadlight beam?

Also, I think there's a metal cog in the top corners (just out of shot), dunno if that does anything

the long bar on the bottom and as you say the cog they adjust left and right up and down

Thanks Colin! How do you adjust the cog? There's like 3 holes in the middle, is there some kind of tool for it?
