Rear plastic restoration

My rear quarter plastics (dark grey bit) are faded, is there any kind of paint you guys recommend that matches the OEM color and that is made with this exact purpose of painting interior trim?

It doedn't look bad but IT IS! it has some scratches and looks like the material is sun burnt

Looking for some kind of more permanent stuff like vynil paint..

Any top coat would do it's the primer u want..plastic primer from any motor factors
