boost

hi guys just trying to get my car up and running again and we are having problems getting to car to boost ... the car had been sitting for a long time .. we have changed the fuel all filters etc etc and changed the fuel pump as well but we can't get the car to boost above 0.5 bar ( used to boost to 1.2 ) my mechanic is looking into it just thought someone might have an idea

If it was boosting 1.2 I would look at what's controlling the boost actuator/boost controller, what's the turbo u running?

t25 hybrid .. my mechanic put a manual boost controller on it still no difference .. it was boosting fine when we parked it up 8 years ago
