Does anyone know how to successfully remove and reinstall an pcv cant find any marital on this.

You will break it amigo I have never bean able to get 1 out without breaking the ring bit

Same here mate trying to figure out a way

I got mine out without breaking it, used vice grips and gently wiggled it until it came out. was just the grommet was perished and came apart, only a few £ for a new grommet.

Easy peasy to get them out in tact.

Cover them in oil and take the valve out then the rubber comes out no probs.

Other option is to heat it up with a hair dryer as well does the same sorta thing I've had success both ways.
