gaztop101
so, ime going to replace the valve stem seals in the new year, the guides on here are really useful , ime gonna use the rope method because i dont want to disturb the head, just wondering would i have to completely remove the timing belt or just from the top on the cam, ime not sure if the belt would stay on when ime turning crank pulley to move the piston down, then up to compress the rope, can anyone help, cheers. Phil
You have to remove the top of course because the cams are outI'd leave the lower half of the belt cover in place and it should stay on the bottom pulley just finePhil
