5 speed box straight swap for a 1e ?

My ep80 is a 4speed ,the clutch is gone but i have a 5 speed gearbox in a siezed 1.3 2e engine,im thinking of putting the 5 speed gearbox into my 1e engine. Just wondering if its a straight swap for the gearboxes or would i be better off just taking the 5 speeds clutch and putting it in my 4 speed gearbox,any suggestions greatly appreciated,thanks.
