Issue with wipers and jets

When I spray my screen washer jets the wipers don't clear the screen I have to put the stalk down to clear... the mot tester wants the jets and wipers to work at the same time anyone know the issue

Starlets dont come with auto wipe wipers you have to do it manually

You can modify to wipe though.

I've told him this ... my last Glanza did it auto so that must of been modded ! He mot'd the last one and says he remembers that doing it automatically so why doesn't this one do it .. well anyway I'll explain this and go from there
