Turbo.. spool and chatter

Can anyone tell me how it's works.. how to do it etc.. can it work way a screamer and no dump valve etc etc any help much appreciated

If you have a dump valve or a resuscitator remove it instead of air being released through the dump valve air will just recirculate back into your turbo making it chatter little warning this does shorten the life span of the turbo.

Yea thought so mate.. there is no dump valve on the kit it's just a fmic way blitzk24 turbo
