Steering column removal ?

 I am removing the steering column from an EP80 starlet and I am just wondering can the steering column be removed without taking out the dashboard ?  If so how do i remove the column with the dash in place.Thanks

Yeah. You just need to unbolt it from the car. From underneath, the column is mounted under the dash. Should take around 15 minutes to do.
