Right, I have sourced a Hybrid CT9 for the Glanza. But I have no idea what else I need before fitting it.

I was thinking:

CT-9 Hybrid (comes with stainless downpipe and screamer)

E-manage blue

Boost controller

JAM FCC

Anything else I need or indeed need to consider?

Cheers guys,

Alex.

uprated actuater,

and manifold are the only two things missing i think matey,

also you wont need the fcc as the emanage has one built into it to bypass fualcut,

if you intend on running it past 13psi it might be wise to invest in some uprated cooling.

oh and a front mount filter would be best to get the most out of the turbo.

yup, dont need an FCD with the emanage...i presume you have decent brakes and all that?

Acutally, this is something toby wrote up, think its pretty good :-

Below is what we list as a general guide for 200hp with chassis and brakes to match, for 240hp swap the CT9 parts for a TD04 kit :

â?¢ Toy Tuning Hybrid CT9 or Equiv

. Toy Tuning Mild Steel Manifold

â?¢ Decat

â?¢ Cat Back system (Greddy/5Zigen)

The car is now expelling gases more efficiently.

â?¢ Power Enterprise Air Filter

â?¢ Heat Reflective tape for Inlet Track

. Replocate to front bumper

Car is now breathing more efficiently

â?¢ Raise the Rear of the Bonnet with washers

â?¢ Front Mounted Intercooler

â?¢ Sard Thermostat

â?¢ Sard Rad Cap

Car is now cooling more efficiently

â?¢ New Spark Plugs (NGK 7 â?? one grade colder)

â?¢ New HT leads (Magnecore 8.0mm)

Ignition system now works

â?¢ Uprated Fuel Pump

â?¢ Sard Fuel Pressure Regulator

. Greddy Emanage

â?¢ Rolling Road Session

Car now fuelling adequately

This should net you around 180bhp - 200bhp on 18 psi max. This then leaves the brakes and chassis which will need to be sorted to cope with the power. I would recommend at a min:

â?¢ 3G 10GR Front Disks

â?¢ Mintex Pads

â?¢ New OEM Rear Pads

â?¢ Braided Brake Lines

â?¢ Cusco BMCS

You can now stop!

â?¢ D2 Coilovers / Koni Shock Absorbers with Whiteline Springs

â?¢ Front and Rear Strut Braces (Cusco)

â?¢ Whiteline Panhard Rod

â?¢ Cusco Lower Arm Bar

â?¢ Anitlift kit

Power to ground greatly improved.

Thatâ??s a basic list of what we recommend, obviously there are many more parts that will net you a good handling car that can stop with power to match but that should give you a good idea.

For 240hp you can consider a forged engine, you may okay with a good tune but it depends on the current condition of the engine..
