NightSpirit
Thinking of removing the spare wheel recess from the boot, not a tricky job and should release some weight...while I'm doing this I'm thinking of putting a fuel cell in the boot.Ideally, I'd want a fuel cell that could utilise the stock pump and attachment cover. Anyone done this or have experience of this? the stock fuel tank isn't baffled to prevent fuel surge and it must weight a LOT so it's win win.Mark
StarletRick
if you get a cell, youll have to either baffle it, or get a swirl pot. SARD sell a good swirl pot that comes with inbuilt pump and shit. so all youd need would be an external pump to feed the swirl. and youd be happy. the stock fuel pump wouldnt be too great in anything except the stock tank. Glanza_Ragger
You can buy fuel cell kits with intank pump and jus fit a swirl pot.I was thinking of doing the exact same thing with mine, so would be good to see how much weight you save and how you manage it bud !Craig
