lobotomy
It has been done before, a couple of times. It would take a lot of effort and a lot of money!! Running gear etc... Depends on how much money you've got but GT4's are classed as family saloons so the insurance is pretty cheap, they're easy to mod (you can reach ~300BHP in an ST205 with little effort, takes a little more with a ST185) And they're cool cars.200sx's make for a spirited drive, S14's are becoming really affordable now, S13's are great looking cars and cheap as chips these days too if you can find a good one. nordonian
now that would be a tight fit, anything is possibly with enough money and time though
paulgtt
i think it would be cheaper in the long run. to get the 1.3 to gt four power the engine will need strengthen along with gearbox etc and then theres the mods to get it to that power. whereas 240bhp without doing anything to the engine sounds good.i don't want to sell the gt, i like it to much!! lobotomy
If it's FWD it's probably the MR2 3SGTE. But Paul, I still think it'd be cheaper to keep the 4EFTE!! Plus using a big heavy block like that in such a light FWD car would upset the balance of the car, would handle like a pig. Good for the quarter though.
