Guest Enzo
here you goprice per unit would be £355 with a group buy of three. i know lee is interestedcheck this thred for a power figurehttp://www.ukstarletclub.com/forums/index....showtopic=11828and here for pics matehttp://www.ukstarletclub.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=6211worth noting that the gt spec hybrid made the same power as the speedvision hybrid at a lower boost rating of 15psi rather than 17psi in sams case, leaving more room for more power
ecksjay
i wont comment because everyone knows my opinion and we're not here to influence you, just offer advice, so what i will say is whatever you do choose, do your research first! ask lots of questions, to people who've been and done it before, if you're after something rare and cheap then contact either myself or rick, if you want new items then look at the traders but make sure you ask other experienced people first, as they may know where you can get certain things cheaper, which will save you a few quid here and there - every little helps. ecksjay
they pop up occasionally, but they go for a rediculous amount of money unfortunately. they're available new but again, they aint cheap.if you're going for a hybrid then if you can stay away from stainless mani's, they crack for fun. i think there are a few traders making mild steel mani's these days, so have a gander on tgtt if you can. failing that, try and get hold of one of ivan's RR mild steel manis, they were the tits. StarletRick
weve managed to come across a few that weve brought over. and ive actually spoken to jam themselves in japan, and they are not making anymore. if we do find any (they are all second hand now) we ALWAYS buy them. i am even considering having some replicas cast up, to our own specs. its just interest dependant. StarletRick
OR, find out what the stainless is made from 321 grade is fine and wont crack. but most people dont use it, because its moneys. i think the zisco stuff is 321, they also make mild steel ones, could be worth a bash. keirz
the zisco manis are good quality. if your looking for a super strong mani the you should consider the zisco in mild steel. i had mine specifically built for strenght and not looks. its pretty heavy duty and the welds are impressive! Glanza_Ragger
Ivans manifolds are the danglys. For mild steel, it looks damn tidy.Shame the coatings allways crack off.Like Ecks has stated, stay away from stainless manifolds mate, might look shiny and spanking but itll be on and off youre car more times than a crack whores pantys!Rick, havent you thought about getting some mild ct9 manifolds made up?Craig. Jules-B
Like Ecks has stated, stay away from stainless manifolds mate, might look shiny and spanking but itll be on and off youre car more times than a crack whores pantysStainless made from what grade?.........As im sure you are aware good stainless manifolds are better than mild steel. 304 Grade normally is crap becuase of the way its smelted. They add other stuff to the mox so its not pure.. If you buy aircraft grade 304 it will be a great manifold.Again with SUS321....
