New to the whole turbo business

Recommended Posts

if i buy a glanza, do i need a turbo timer with it?

iirc the timer just makes the engine cool down better so the turbo last longer?

corect me if im wrong.

Also, do i need anything else because of having a turbo to make it run better and last longer?

Aswell as letting it cool down before you turn it off you could just keep it off boost for the last few miles of your journey, that way you wont need to let it cool down ;)

Welcome to the site Nerosis ;)

We stress that all members existing and new do their best to post their technical problems in the EP Technical section of the site.

It can be a little tricky at first but you will soon get used to it.

It just keeps everything more organised and better/easier viewing for all.

You will also be able to find existing information in EP Technical that may already answer your question .

So try not to panic post before taking a good look...

If you have anything to ask Glanza related that falls into these Categories please post in Technical.

General section is fine for insurance queries.

Enjoy the site.

Do some research on google before you sell your corsa mate. If you buy a turbo car i can see you killing it in no time!

TT are a total waste of money and do fuck all that you can't do yourself.

Basic Maintenance and keeping it standard is the only way to keep a car running well for a long time.

Mods especially performance ones will reduce engine/ turbo life.
