what weight is a "lightweight" alloy wheel

I just wanted to know whats considered the weight for a 15 x 6.5 size "lightweight" rim

im curious to kno at what weight in general does a rim become considered as lightweight,

If you look at one of the more popular wheels, the TE37, thats 8,8 lbs in 15x6,5.

For me that's really lightweight. The Rota grid copy of this wheel is 14,5 lbs.

So for me anything from 7,5 up to 10 is lightweight.
