Rich
11.9 for mine and i ran a 12.7! DamnWas this stop watch or a propperly calibrated system?
Mikey Jay
For reference, the 5efe (in a Paseo) 0-60 is 11.2 secs(so would be a touch quicker if in a Starlet)
Gavin
@ Rich : it was stopwatch so hopefully i just messed it up!
Sparky
Pretty confident mine is in the 9s especially if it is the JDM engine
Wee_Watsi
Im fairly confident my car is in or around 9 seconds. Its a 5EFE Starlet by the way.
molovin
I read some where th glanza's were doing under 7's
JM_16v
i read that in alot of places tbh and was told that here
kevink
i guess with some mods you should be able to get a V under the 7 seconds. Power to weight is also a big thing so stripping you car should also give a better 0-60.
ste91
Anyone got a rough idea of how fast an N/A EP91 would be 0-60 with the Corolla intake manifold and a CAI?
kevink
well i have both installed so i could do a check this weekend. but its all about the condition of the engine to.and the oil u use, sparkplugs, leads etc.but i will give it a try this weekend, a 0-60 run. ste91
Well my engine condition should be somewhat good:NGK Iridium spark plugsNGK HT leadsdistributor cap & rotor arm were replaced a few months ago (same time as the plugs and leads)and the engine has been flushed and had fresh oil put in a few months ago aswell72k miles on the clock so I think it has probably seen the best of it's days to be honest but as with all Toyotas it's still going strongalso wheel setup is going to have an effect on it:Toyo T1-S 195/45/
Mikey Jay
also wheel setup is going to have an effect on it:Smaller wheels = better acceleration if I'm thinking right?
briggers
i did a 6.4 in my gt on a stop watchi have lsd tho
ste91
Smaller wheels = better acceleration if I'm thinking right?Yesbut width plays a part in it too
ste91
Just done 0-60 in 11.4 with four people in the car and boot loaded with crapWas on a stopwatch so not completely accurate, but it seems good for a fully loaded car with only two basic engine mods (rolla mani and air filter). MattyCD
Yesbut width plays a part in it tooso does tyre profile if its a smaller wheel
