One sides higher, why?

Recommended Posts

Yes, including all jdm etc, they all have the same suspension set up.

I do believe the more you lower it the worse it becomes out of align. mines gone down around 20-30 mm on the one side but the axle isnt being allowed to 'swing across' becuase of the shocks being fixed in the same possition, thus keeping one side higher.

this may help you understand whats going on.

I really hope its just the rod i need...

ok so. ive swapped the left for the right and the right for the left... and its still lower on the right!

i dont get it, ive adjusted the panhard rod all over the place and it does nothing to the height, only moves the axle alignment.

Any thoughts on why the right is higher?!?

Thanks jay, thats certainly reassuring any way.

Im glad it isnt the shocks(as i swapped them), i just find it abit odd, as its quite a considerable difference.

i just hope the car hasnt had a shunt or somthing like that, which is causing it.
