ecu question

im having an fcd fitted and hks adjustable actuator to handle slightly more boost nothing to kill it hopefully was thinkin bout getting it rolling roaded and re-mapped for fueling reasons but heard the standard ecu is non accessible and cannot be re-mapped is this true ??? many thnx for replies

You will need at least a Apexi Neo fuel computer or SAFC something along those lines or get a piggy back ECU like a GReddy Emanage blue for even more control.

Would be better off getting a Fuel Pressure Regulator and one of the above and getting it tuned then ;)

You can play it safe and run it at about 3bar temporary untill you get it mapped.

I never suggest people fitting FCD's , there THE fastest way to kill an engine.

And it would definately be an expensive mistake for you to make, ditch the idea of upping the boost past fuel cut untill you have proper management.

Otherwise you will regret it.

IF you really have to run past fuel cut for some unknown reason without proper fuel management, run either a greddy or jam BCC. throw the hks version in the bin, there shat
