Speedo Cable Change

Hey guys whats the best way to go about this?

How does the cable detach from the gearbox side and whats the best way to remove it?

you unscrew it from the box...and actually changing the thing is a twat..

So you just unscrew the cable anticlockwise until it comes off?

yea thats the easy bit lol, its feeding it through the interior thats the fun bit

lol does the cable come out of the bit that you unscrew, so you can feed it down through the dash or do you feed it up through the bulkhead?

Unscrew it from the gearbox, then take the speedo out and disconnect the cable from the back of it and feed the cable through the bulk head into the engine bay. Then reverse for refitting, quite easy really.

u can also tape the new speedo cable on to the old one, so when u pull the old one out.

u pull the new one directly into place.

the speedo must be the most annoying thing on the car the space you get is nowt]
