Slow Coming Down Idle

this is for a friend

his car idles at 1k warm.

but say if he revs up to 2k revs

as its coming down wil be fine then it will get to 1.2 for a sec then 1.1 then 1.0

then stays at 1k revs

it doesnt fluctuate

once its at 1k its perfect.

just when it goes down.

its not a problem. runs mint.

i think his dv is lecking air

but i dont think this would cause the problem

does anyone have any ideas?

Not just a simple case of the throttle sticking slightly? Otherwise since you've cleaned the icv I'd maybe look for over the vacuum hoses to make sure there are no leaks.
