have you turned the actuator down?

it will throw up fuel cut on standard ecu at 1 bar. lol have you got a boost gauge? stick jam on and what reading is the gauge giving at 3k(full boost)?? Is that in all gears??? my jam ecu(which im now selling) wink fitted mine with no problems like yours. (my is manual transmission) who did you buy the ecu from? did they run it on there car for a while ??

stock actuator was on the car when i bought it and was boosting fine....

put my glanza back to nearly enough standard engine. cat front mount intercooler air filter normal position. standard ecu ported manifold no boost restriction(completely removed, no solenoids. In second gear I carnt get the 3 boost lights to come on. i can get two. My actuator has the vac hose from top to turbo and the spare line from actuator that is supposed to go to the boost solenoid. is left open. (nothing blocking it off. the standard dump valve(recirc thingy) i have no lines attached to this. as i have a DV and a breather filter on rocker. any ideas?? cheers im getting around 0

thought the AT ecus where different to the MT ecus? i maybe wrong though!

thanks lads! yea the spring on the baileys is pants! only need slight hand on the throttle cable and can see the spring in and out! its probably leaking to be honest! Id be happy with 250/300! Update on this! Got insured,tax all legal other week. Car is doing well!(touchwood) lol Had a few hiccups. Had a water leak in which put coolant all over my engine lol(orange coolant ftl) part from that good! Really good! Fun to drive. But ive noticed a few things. Firstly motorway driving. Its horrible. sitting at 60/70 i only need to touch the pedal(a MM) and it wants to come on boost guessing i should stick my EFI pipe back on if i wanted to do more motorway? Due to my work i have to do the lovely drive to manchester now and then(once a month) The interior will be going back in!

as above its all around the battery area and inlet area, where thermo is. The water temp didnt rise. and nor did engine temp. car was fine no problems. I didnt even notice it. till just popped bonnet. what could this be? ive just noticed that one of the turbo water lines(silicone hose) hasnt got a p clip on the end could this be the cause? the pipe heating up causing it to spray out the hose end and move around engine when moving? cheers.

Reset again! Now at 0.65 bar lol in first and 0.7 in second. Going to buy a ebc and control it from that! Would that be my best decision? I carnt as I'm not insured hense the driveway driving lol Cheers your for help dude. Are the blitz Dual sbc any good? Easy to wire in?

Ive got a jam ecu buddy! No high lo solenoid attached! I've done a few figures from hks Just measured 128mm at 0.5/0.6 bar So going to 126mm should be 0.7/0.8 I had 123mm at 1.1 bar. This in second gear n first gear launches. Due to my drive being not that big lol

Reset ecu by taking battery off yea? That's what I thought actuator is free to move by hand is just less effort to move than a hks one?

Nope. Yes actuator is on. Had to put a bolt and 2 nuts on but yes attached Vac lines on back inlet. Turbo checked No exhaust leaks No intercooler leaks. Could it be the wastegate flap came off?

New. Update. After post 3 Actuator was stuck open. I've undo it. Went for a quick test. And I can now get one green boost light but nothing more. Not alot of turbo pressure there at all Carnt find any leaks. Could this be the actuator not holding flap down? Any other ideas?
