  1. 33) Problem in right rear wheel speed sensor circuit. this is the code im recieving on my glanza! would this be classed as the sensor itself? Im not running a speedo and havent drove it as its off the road, only pushed back few metres in garage! ive tryed clearing the fault by pressed the pedal 8 times in the lovely 3 seconds? lol but doesnt clear it cheers ps is the right right rear wheel drivers rear?

  3. was using that earlier, Most circlips ive touched have a O in so i just used two welding rods and pulled them together. screwdriver idea i tryed, just when you let the circlip go is the fun bit cheers gary
  4. thats what i thought, as the pressure from shaft/hub night should keep it tight together:) Perfect! thanks for the help gary! going to have fun on removing the circlip without pliers tomorrow!
  5. hello. Yes thats what i ended up doing. No grit got in. I ended up just turning it on a flat surface and pushing it down!. It feels loose and i could pull it out probably? but once in the hub it should be fine? No bearings came out. Just wanted to make sure if the wheel bearing will still be ok to use?or should i take it back and get a replacement. cheers
  6. hello got a new wheel bearing today genuine one! And there was a plastic insert between the bearing. so as im removing it, half the metal inside ring comes abit out with it? so i can see the ball bearigs, It has some sort of white grease in the bearing anyway. i remove the rest of the plastic insert then it comes out with it and i push it back in. Is this ok? or is the bearing fucked? dont fancy fitting a new bearing thats fucked? are they all like this?

  8. I've got a cut out of 3 So I've currently got one boost gauge. And 2 other slots to fill! Should I get a oil temp n oil pressure? Or what else? And what sender and what location should i use? Cheers
  9. Its getting picked up next week so just getting prepared. I dont want a letter in a few months time saying " heres your fine MR ..." What i can see from the dvla site a certified scrapyard comes and they take shell, and give you reciept saying it has now been scrapped( get this or you will be screwed) they take the logbook too apparently? hmm The old logbook situation was alot better, where they give you a reciept and you send the logbook off saying scrapped. This would make me feel better than the new scheme.

  11. hello im scrapping my old shell(not a starlet) and ive got a scrapyard local to collect for free.(its bare) Now the new new logbooks dont have anything on them to say scrapping. SHould i give the logbook to them? should i get something off them to prove they had it off me? or do i sign the logbook over to them and send to dvla? like a normal car transaction??

  13. it doesnt foul anything so to speak. maybe slightly on outside of inlet housing. How much is a rebuild on these? can you do them yourself? and turns freely. There is slight play in the inlet blade about 2mm. The wastegate also has a crack in it?
  14. im pushing left to right on either turbine(both sides) and it moves left then push back right. is this shagged and should be recieving a refund? or be fine they all like that?

  16. hello bought a turbo ct9 of a member with no play Now the blades have no play in them But if i push from the exhaust blades to the inlet blade the whole of it moves from left to right like below /--------/ /------/ /-------/ the ends are straight is this ok? and normal??
  17. Didnt want to go ecu as its alot more money than i intend to spend! How do you set the FCD up? rolling road along with the RRFPR? Will any RRFPR do? My plans are to Manifold & decat Adj Actuator HDI boost controller FCD & RRFPR Does the RRFPR just control the amount of fueling going through? cheers for the help lads
  18. hello thanks! I have some coilovers on the way with some strut braces! just awaiting delivery, Hense moving onto engine mods. How do you set up the FCD and fpr? How much does this usuaully cost How much is a emange? guessing this needs to be mapped up. can you just run a HKS actuator set to a certain PSI? along with the FCD and fpr? Just trying to decide the best route!
  19. hello Uksc members been doing some research on mods for my standard glanza. I currently have a HKS exhaust & boost gauge. I Will also be buying a manifold A HKS filter And a decat! Now im thinking about upping the boost! To ive been told 1 bar? 14 psi i think it is. So what other supporting mods will i need? Will I need a electronic boost controller and a hks actuator or either or? Will i need to port my wastegate & get a fmic? If i set to 1 bar will i also need a FCD and a FPR? or yet again either or? If so what can you recommend? I just want a reliable a fun car with using t
