mcbeal Posted July 4, 2009 Posted July 4, 2009 has anyone fitted an hdi intercooler with a varis bumper...i have just fitted a kit very similar to the hdi kit with a 100mm deep core but cant get the bumper to fit after shaving lots off of it...has anyone had experience fitting this with any advice or tools which would help? WallaceGlanza Posted July 5, 2009 Posted July 5, 2009 anyone want to give me a hand lolif it was the same as an HDI it should've fitted nicely like so:The obvious thing to do is get the hacksaw or dremel out and cut what you need to, or try to move the core of the intercooler further back and make up new mounting brackets.
