Use a hair dryer to soften the sticker then slowly peel away.

Next, get a can of WD40, spray this on the sticky residue which is now visible. Make sure you have a card of some sort e.g credit card, top-up card etc and slowly scrape away at what now should be semi-hard residue.

Worked a treat for me, loved D40 ever since

Use the hair dryer in a side ways motion (lads your alright on this  )

On a serious don't be silly by holding it in one place saying 'why is this bubbling' OR 'when will this peel off'.

All the hair dryer will do is soften the sticker with the heat allowing you to advantage the sticky adhesive.
