Liam_D
Guys and Girls, just wondering how the optional rear lip that some EPs have actually secure onto the car?? Are they just held on with the bolts in the wheelarchs or is somekind of sealent applied aswell?? Looking to fit my Carbon rear lip sometime this week and want it do it properly :harhar: Cheers Liam
bucketep91
just use some mastic or someshit ore double sided sticky foam
Sparky
So is this what your secret part is :harhar:
Jozinobi
Double sided foam wont be any good as it can be quite weak and easy steal-able.I would get it slightly smoothed into the rear bumper for a cleaner fit, when fitted normally it wont be as flush. Here is how mine looks bro:http://s79.photobucket.com/albums/j148/Sta...nt=DSCF3075.jpgJoz
Tayyib
best thing to use with the carbon lips is to drill holes through the fixing points on the bottom side of it and use self tappers. then use something like stikkaflex/carbond. will be secured nicely.
