ibz
would this manual boost controller be enough to hold a td04 at around 0.8 maybe 1 bar ?http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/TURBO-MANUAL-B...d=p3286.c0.m14
DavidAshton
I wouldnt trust anything that cheap to hold boost on my car....you dont want it messing up and giving you unlimited boost do you.
ibz
i understand what your saying. what do you recommend. something which isnt very expensive but reliable at the same time.I've just forked out for a td04 kit and now havent got much funds left
string
boost tees aren't expensive. Think turbosmarts are like 50. All they do is create a controlled boost leak. Providin its decent quality i don't c why price would matter. Mines a dawes device that i got of a friends scoob. Not let me down yet....
Glanza_cl
i personaly wouldnt touch a mbc! yes dawes devices are good for a mbc but still if you'v forked out on a td04 why run the risk of over boosting and killing a rod...Gizmo do reasonably cheap new ebc's, but you can pick up a second hand ebc for like £100 which is nothing in my eye's for keeping your car safe.do it cheap do it twice! StarletRick
id rather have a dawes device than a cheap MBC any day of the week. a good mbc will outperform a shit ebc all day long. for about a 10th of the money.
