Theres a guide on here of how to do it.

You'll just need the belt off a non air con model, can get them from toyota or tm-developments etc.

When changing the belt, do you just slacken then re-tighten the pulley, or do you have to set it to a certain position?

the PAS pump is on a pivot, just adjust that to tighten.

i did mine myself was a piece of piss lol was like 6 bolts to get it and the bracket off then its just putting the smaller belt on
