The Challenge

Mode: Hot Lap

Car: Ferrari F40 Competizione

Mods/Tuning: Stock car - Setup tuning allowed

Track: Laguna Seca

Target time: As fast as possible!

Assists: No Restrictions

Rewind Feature: Restricted

The Rules:

Adhere to the above requirements. Proof of time (picture) to be posted. I don't know if the Leaderboards are accessible outside of the game like the FM2 ones are, but if they are then posting your Gamertag with your time would be fine as the board could be filtered and checked. I'll edit this post as and when new times are posted.

just managed a 1.18.983 with no assists/manual. anyone got that beat?

its fucking hard work with no traction though, i might have to cheat and put it on.

cant adjust brakes either so it locks up near constantly, piece of shit that it is.

Good going Rick. Try it with ABS on thats the only assist I use

and Bildo you fucking nublet, you do it on freeplay not forza 3 career.

Freeplay>Hot Lap> then pick the car/ track etc

i did that on tuneing. once i get the tune right, ill beat you mate. then ill get a time up ^^

take that other one down as it was a sloppy lap anyway.

After a long 10 laps, the best time I could come up with was 1:19.524. Might try some more laps later, maybe with traction control on. I got that time with manual and only ABS on, cause I'm shite without ABS. No tuning either by the way. Also I didn't see some of those lap times on the hot lap leaderboard, bit weird, not making assumptions just trying to make me feel better.

I need to tweak the setup for mine, i ran 2 or 3 laps on stock and couldnt get the time lower then 1:24 need to do some testing and then i'll have a proper go

I didnt touch the settings.... also found the F40 easy to drive with traction off.

Yea Rick every lap I did there waas a flaw in it so im sure I can improve may tinker with teh setup and put a proper time up

MikeyMonkfish is doing a scoreboard off loads of forums and someone rekon they did a 1:18 flat...no evidence though
